03 / Our approach

A clear brief.
An agreed handoff.

A considered acquisition process starts with alignment—on the audience, the product and what a useful opportunity looks like.

  1. 01

    Define the fit.

Align on audience, location, intent and qualification requirements.

    The audience brief
  2. 02

    Shape the product.

Agree the format, exclusivity, capacity and acceptance criteria.

    The buying criteria
  3. 03

    Plan the delivery.

Define routing, delivery methods and permitted contact channels.

    The handoff plan
  4. 04

    Keep learning.

Agree reporting, rejection reasons and the feedback needed to refine the campaign.

    The feedback loop

The qualification gate

Between the opt-in
and your team.

Four checks to define together for a structured handoff.

  1. 01

    Consent captured

Plan product-specific opt-in with clear disclosure. Retain the consent wording, recipient scope, timestamp and source evidence with each record.

  2. 02

    Identity and phone verified

Define phone-validation and identity-matching checks. Agree how disconnected, flagged or mismatched records should be held for review.

  3. 03

    Scrubbed and filtered

Specify national and state DNC, suppression and risk checks, followed by the buyer’s approved eligibility and product filters.

  4. 04

    Delivered and tracked

Agree the CRM or dialer handoff, delivery timing and audit history, with a clear window for returns, duplicates and disputes.

Qualification and delivery criteria to discuss

  • State and licensing map
  • Credit band
  • Unsecured debt amount
  • Monthly income
  • Employment status
  • Homeowner status
  • Age range
  • Loan amount requested
  • Hours of delivery
  • Daily caps
Criteria are subject to product, eligibility and legal review.

04 / Compliance

Built for your
compliance review.

A clear record of where an opportunity came from, what permission was given and how it reached your team.

Controls, vendors and legal requirements are agreed for each program before launch.

  • TCPA consent documentation

Define applicable prior express written consent requirements with counsel. Plan to retain buyer-specific language, timestamp, source URL, IP and supporting page or certificate evidence.

  • DNC and litigator screening

Specify national and state Do Not Call, internal suppression, known-litigator and reassigned-number checks before delivery or dialing, as appropriate to the program.

  • State licensing map

Plan delivery around each buyer’s approved state and product map, with licensing or registration requirements reviewed before launch.

  • CCPA and CPRA handling

Define applicable deletion, opt-out and other privacy-request workflows, including how requests are communicated to receiving buyers.

  • Creative and disclosure review

Set a review process for landing pages, ads and call scripts, covering applicable UDAAP, FTC and product-specific requirements before use.

05 / Frequently asked questions

Good questions.
Clear starting points.

The details that matter before a buying conversation. Final terms are defined for each program.

What is a qualified opt-in lead?

A qualified opt-in lead is a consumer who has expressed product-specific interest, given the required permission to be contacted, and met the agreed qualification, phone-validation and screening criteria. The precise definition belongs in the buyer’s brief.

Are leads exclusive?

Exclusivity is agreed by product and program. The buying brief should state whether an opportunity goes to one buyer or is shared, including any limits on resale or reuse.

How is consent documented?

Consent documentation requirements are agreed for each program, including the wording and version, timestamp, source page, permitted contact channels and named buyer or recipient scope. Any certificate provider, capture, retention and retrieval requirements are agreed before launch.

Which states can you deliver in?

Coverage is scoped against the buyer’s licensing or registration, product rules and available supply. An approved state map and delivery controls must be agreed before launch. Contact us to discuss availability for your program.

What is a program built around a company initiative?

A lead-supply plan built around a specific goal: opening a new state, filling a dialer pod or capturing response from a mail drop. The scope brings together channels, filters, volume, delivery, milestones and reporting around that objective.

How fast can a program start?

Timing depends on the required creative, qualification, compliance review and delivery setup. A launch plan is agreed after scoping and testing. The milestone outlines above illustrate possible sequences, rather than promised delivery schedules.

Do you work with call centers directly or only with finance brands?

We work with both finance brands and call centers. Finance brands can scope acquisition for their own teams; call centers and BPOs can explore inbound, transfer and white-label programs around client requirements and available capacity.
